Location : The flat is located 800 mt far from the typical San Antonio Church in the Lajares's "pueblo"far 35 km from Fuerteventura Airport and 10 minutes by drive car from La Oliva and Corralejo .Lajares is famous for one ancient school of embroidery and for some of the most beautiful and characteristics wind mills of the Majorera island. Apartment it's in one recent build\costruction house (2005) with a panoramic view to one of the better and preserved volcanos of the island (El Calderon Hondo). Here you could find the oasis for one vacation to complete relax because distant from any chaos and any noisy night time life. The flat is situated in one of the most  strategic place in the centre of the north west Fuerteventura island; site to easily reach eitherplaces with a motorbike or with a car (car it's essential)not vey far to the very famouses beaches of El Cotillo ( 6 minutes by drive car) and park of the Dunes of "Grandes playas"or littles beaches Maianicho's ( 8 minutes ). Not very far from here a small supermarket (half mile), some restaurants, bars and typicals locals and the bus-stop. Fuerteventura have very goods roads so any other beach or things could be anyway reached very quickly.The apartment even though of reduced dimensions (42sqm) ,it has 2 large rooms + one bath with shower and all the comfortses of an a modern furnishing and functional house, with running water cold\warm , and electricity supply ;the house have 800 sqm garden , of an inside parking for cars . 

The flat is at the ground floor of the house , has veranda (6 x 2 mt) with panoramic view and is full equipped with outside table and chairs, has a bright living room (4 x 4 sqm), 1 comfortable double-bed sofa , radio am\fm - TV by hotbird SAT.  The kitchen completely equipped with refrigerator \frezer and all necessary kitchenware to self -catering, the bathroom with shower and one bedroom( 4x2,9 sqm) with a twin-bed. The flat is not luxury but very comfortable.  

Maximum capacity apartment: 3 persons or 2 p. + 2 childrens.The flat is rented with bed clothes and towels changed every week. By one little more extra it's possible to rent one or more mountainbikes.
The flat is quite and grants a good privacy but since it is located in a building near other villas, all guests are kindly requested to avoid high noises during the night. Car hire it's essential ( around € 100 - 130 \week )    

Coastal hideaway, highly recommended for a couple or small family. Modern, single storey villa located in the sleepy village of Lajares, just 6 minutes by drive car far from fabulous golden sandy beaches and excellent surfing at El Cotillo.The surrounding natural volcanic landscape is also good for walking, trekking and cycling, with a popular walking route to Corralejo.The accommodation comprises: 1 bedroom with 2 twin bed, shower room with WC, open plan living/kitchen area with sofa bed.
